KMT uses a variety of different materials and techniques to produce the composite components we deliver. We try to balance the objectives of a project to choose the proper materials and methods to achieve the goals required, be they structural, finish, or as is often the case economic. We believe that in balancing these requirements and analysing the needs of the component we can produce the right product with the appropriate technology.

Sailing
KMT offers sailing solutions for yacht owners as well as yacht builders. Specialising in composite rudders, keels, dagger boards and hardware we are always eager to help get an interesting new project out sailing. We believe that composite technology should be in reach of all, and help to better the performance and longevity of the boats we are involved with. This means that our choice of solutions range from super stiff carbon fibre laminates like our composite quadrant, stanchions, tillers and rudderstocks to e-glass components like our transom hung all composites rudders, or our s-glass fin keels. We believe that the appropriate solution does not have to be the most expensive.

Solutions
KMT offers composite solutions to either get a new product out or to redesign a product for the benefit of either strenghts or weight. We are aware that composites are a fine balance between craftsmanship, technology, and engineering. We are always eager to help you tie these three disciplines together, so that they compliment each other instead of undermining each other.
Our knowledge and experience with hi tech composites have been used by different industries. We have been involved with development of new composite production processes and products in the Oil industry, Postal service, Mobile communication,The Danish Technical lab, Windmill industry beside the Sailing industry.
